Job Title: Registered Manager - Dementia and Mental Health Care
Location: Gainsborough
Salary: Up to \xc2\xa350,000 with \xc2\xa36000 car allowance

I am currently representing a leading provider of high-quality dementia and mental health care services. They are dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals living with dementia and mental health challenges, promoting their well-being, and providing them with the utmost care and support.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team and lead our dementia and mental health care services. As a Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and creating a supportive and enriching environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our dementia and mental health care facility.
Lead and inspire a team of care professionals, promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirements.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to provide holistic and person-centered care.
Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively.
Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care and services provided.
Act as an advocate for residents, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are respected.
Foster a safe and welcoming environment that promotes dignity and well-being.

Qualifications:
Background within social care sector for adults with dementia/mental health needs - transferrable experience from other social care settings will be considered
NVQ Level 5 in Leader Strong leadership and management skills
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards.
Driver with full clean driving licence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of individuals with dementia and mental health challenges.
