Full-time, PermanentAre you an experienced Registered Nurse (NMC Pin Required) looking for a new challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Senior Staff Nurse, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and making a real difference in residents' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to residents. Act as a clinical role model, supporting and mentoring junior staff. Maintain professional competencies in key clinical areas, including infection control, tissue viability, PEG management, and continence care. Escalate clinical concerns appropriately to external healthcare professionals when required.
Requirements:
Must have right to work in the UK (No Sponsorship available) Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in the UK Strong clinical skills and commitment to best practices Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 35,511.00-40,000.00 per year
