Registered General Nurse
Job Description
You will ensure all staff are supervised appropriately and the shifts are coordinated and managed effectively. You will perform all general nursing duties and report to the care home manager, update care plans and administer safe medications. You will provide a high standard of care and work with a team as well as on your own. You will have the responsibility of ensuring the residents physical, emotional and social needs are met.
We offer our care staff flexible hours on a full or part time basis.
You must demonstrate the following skills:
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
Self-motivated and well-organised
Effectively working on your own or as part of a team
Work well under pressure
Flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the care home
Able to build positive and professional relationships with the residents
Licence / Certifications:
Valid NMC registration and a valid PIN (Required)
1-year previous experience within a nursing home or elderly care home (Required)
Enhanced DBS certificate (Required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From 30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 90 per week
