Registered General Nurse (Complex Care)
Location: Cardiff, Wales

  • Provide clinical care for patients with complex medical needs in their homes or care facilities
  • Assess, plan, and deliver individualised care to patients with long-term conditions, neurological impairments, or other complex health needs
  • Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
  • Monitor patients' health conditions, respond to changes, and adjust care plans as necessary
  • Offer support and guidance to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, physiotherapists, and social workers
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in line with regulatory standards
  • Promote patient independence while ensuring safety and well-being
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience in complex care, community nursing, or a similar field is preferred, but not essential
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to manage complex healthcare needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
  • A current, valid drivers license (preferred, as visits may be required across Cardiff)
