Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment plans, and medication usage. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and improve patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Skills

Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices. Proficient understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Experience in medication administration with a focus on safety and accuracy. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Zero hours contract

Pay: 17.50-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
