Information:
Lead the exciting launch of a brand-new solo children's home Develop a dedicated team and a positive, therapeutic environment from the outset.
Your Role:
Establish and lead a high-quality residential home focused on therapeutic LD care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the complete establishment and successful OFSTED registration. Develop and implement innovative, person-centred therapeutic care plans. Recruit, train, mentor, and empower a skilled and compassionate team. Ensure consistent compliance with OFSTED regulations and best practices. Manage budgets, operational processes, and referrals effectively. Build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
Proven Registered Manager experience in children's residential settings (LD and therapeutic approaches). Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. Valid UK Driving Licence.
