Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a premium care home provider to recruit a Registered Care Home Manager for their beautiful luxury nursing home based in Exeter, Devon.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a care provider that has all the latest facilities and features. The home provides person-centred care to elderly residents who require general nursing, respite, palliative/end-of-life, residential care, and specialist dementia care.

The interview process will be in a two-stage format.
- Stage One \xe2\x80\x93 Video call interview with the HR Business Partner and Regional Director
- Stage Two - In-person interview with the SMT
- Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within large nursing homes
- Nurse with active PIN
- Great clinical oversight
- Possess strong commercial acumen with a history of driving occupancy and improving fees
- Successful in the private / self-funder market
- Excellent communicative skills
- Demonstrate excellent leadership
- Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
- Driving license and own vehicle are required
The care home is based in Exeter and is commutable from Dawlish, Exmouth, Honiton, Kingsteignton, Sidmouth, Taunton, Teignmouth, Tiverton, Torquay, and surrounding areas.
