So, what\'s the job about?
Covering the Southwest of England and South Wales, you\'ll have the flexibility of working remotely, supporting our technical team by providing specialist knowledge to help resolve disputes when one of our products has failed in situ. As a Regional Technical Consultant, you\'ll have the opportunity to visit some really exciting projects and speak with contractors, architects, engineers, and domestic customers to complete full site surveys and report on product quality issues. You\'ll be travelling to various sites approximately 3-4 days per week which may involve overnight stays.
Using your technical knowledge of how to correctly install Marshalls products, you\'ll be required to complete and submit comprehensive reports, getting to the root cause of any issues, and providing excellent customer service along the way. Working across multiple teams, your role will involve establishing facts, minimising risks to the business, and protecting the brand. If a financial claim is raised, you will investigate, mitigate and justify costs to be paid out to any third party.
