Job Description

Fairview Hotels have a growing portfolio of hotels nationally ranging from premium to midscale to budget branded hotels.

We are looking for a regional Sales manager to focus on our Northern Hotel cluster and accounts (CORP/MICE/AGENT) falling within the region.

You will be working predominantly between Worsley in Salford and Newcastle Airport and pick up clients and agents for the group which are located north of Birmingham. This is a hands on role with direct client contact required and weekly hotel visits which may from time to time involve overnight stays.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the Northern region, splitting your time predominantly between Novotel Newcastle Airport and Novotel Manchester West and the companies and agents we work with. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to drive revenue growth.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve hotel targets. Identify new business opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, for senior management. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales objectives. Conduct training sessions for the hotel teams to improve product knowledge and selling techniques. Work with the hotels on monthly members and corporate events in the hotel /local drops Plan FAM trips for cleints/agents Attend events to advertise the hotels such as agent visits with brand partners You must have a full valid UK driving licence

Experience

Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the hotel industry Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
