Job Description

TDK-Lambda UK Ltd is a successful and long established design and manufacturing company of standard and configurable AC-DC and DC-DC power supplies situated on the pleasant North Devon Coast. We are entering an exciting period of change and expansion with ambitious plans for the manufacturing facility.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to grow the sales territory in the East of England, expanding our market presence.

The successful candidate need to be located in East of England and work from home.

Responsible for driving revenue growth, cultivating new and existing partnerships with key customers and stakeholders, the successful candidate will be customer facing role, and would be required to travel throughout the sales region to visit customers as well as representing the company at exhibitions with occasional overseas travel.

Main duties and responsibilities:



Have a technical appreciation of power supply specifications and approvals. Maintain good knowledge of product portfolio and future roadmap. Know where to access supporting product data and other resources. Commercial awareness and understanding of the companies price list. Awareness and access to the companies' rules and procedures. Work closely and effectively with Internal departments and UK Sales Manager Have a strategic and methodical approach. Have a good working knowledge of the company CRM system and work within it. (Full training will be provided). Have good time management skills and prioritise tasks. An understanding of the geographical regions of responsibility and business structure Understand all aspects of the regional financial targets. Maintain regular contact with your customer base - in person and virtually

Skills and experience:



Existing technical sales experience is essential, minimum of 2 years in an external customer facing role with a high level of commercial business acumen. Computer literate in MS platforms. Proficient soft skills for sales and delivery of information. Managing expectations to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:



Electrical or Electronics engineering qualification; preferred minimum HNC or equivalent Maths, English and Science qualification.
The successful applicant will work a 37.50 hour week - Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 3pm.
