- Bristol based, covering the South West, Wales & West Midlands.
About Us...
From humble beginnings in our founder's mum's kitchen to our appearance on Dragons' Den to feeding over 14 million meals to dogs across the UK, Pure Pet Food is on a mission to change the way pets eat.
We're obsessed with giving pets healthier, happier, longer lives through proper nutrition--and now we're expanding our UK field team presence to cover the South West, Wales and West Midlands.
We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to take full accountability for our face to face selling channel in the district, building on our established foundations for Pure's continued growth and establishing a high-performing regional team of Brand Ambassadors.
About the Role...
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role. In the early stages, you'll be deep in the action--attending events, refining the event model, recruiting and training brand ambassadors, and managing logistics on the ground.
While the long-term vision is to develop into a strategic regional lead, your understanding of the local market will be invaluable, and you'll be shaping Pure's presence from day one.
If you love getting stuck in, building something meaningful, and then scaling it fast--this is your chance.
What You'll Be Doing...
Build From the Ground Up
Design and deliver a repeatable events model tailored to the local market. Recruit, onboard, and train a local team of Brand Ambassadors. Work collaboratively with our Logistics support, Recruitment experts and Event planners.
Event Planning & Sales Execution
Own the district events calendar, secure locations, and lead from the front. Personally attend events to ensure all event logistics, stock, and setup run smoothly (Thursday to Monday working schedule)
People Leadership
Train and coach ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Build a high-performing, motivated team aligned to Pure's values. Manage field performance and support team progression.
Performance, Strategy & Reporting
Track key commercial metrics: CPA, Retention, and Growth. Use on-the-ground insights and performance data to inform your regional strategy. Report weekly progress to the UK-based leadership team and shape future expansion plans.
A desire to align with Pure's values:

Are comfortable being hands-on in the early stages and able to be reactive in a fast paced environment.
Can work Thursday to Monday (Tues & Weds off) to align with our event schedule.
Hold a full UK driving licence and have your own car.
Are data-savvy and motivated by targets and performance metrics.
Are ready to travel regionally and able to travel to London frequently to be part of the wider South district team.
