The Regional Resourcing Consultant will work in partnership with area managers, team managers and seniors to ensure successful recruitment of support staff within the Central Scotland area. This will be met by advertising local opportunities, assist with maintaining an ongoing database of candidates through various sourcing techniques, attend local recruitment events and work with The Talent Resource Manager and local managers on local and organisation wide retention strategy / activities.

An essential requirement of the role is experience as a Recruiter. Recruitment experience within Social Care is preferred, however, this is not essential. You will also have excellent analytical skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to manage multiple vacancies whilst ensuring deadlines are met.

The role is predominantly home based, but you will be expected to travel to recruitment events held across Scotland.
