As a Regional Operational Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence across our
Care & Custody contracts. Collaborating closely with Regional Training Managers, Regional
Operational Training Teams, and various stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering
impactful training courses that empower our colleagues to excel in their roles. Your role will
involve both virtual and in-person training, utilizing various techniques to cater to diverse
learning styles and individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the completion of the regional training plan and deliver training courses and

refresher programs.

• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of

training are maintained.

• Deliver training packages to new and experienced Care & Custody colleagues,

embedding best practices.

• Facilitate \'Upskilling\' workshops for Operational Trainers and provide training support.
• Become a subject matter expert in areas such as Trauma Informed Care,

Safeguarding, Operational Processes, IT, MHFA, Social Values, Equalities, Diversity, and
Inclusion.

• Utilize a range of teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles and

neurodiversity needs.

• Maintain accurate Training Records in collaboration with the Training Support Team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years\' experience in a people-facing teaching role.
• 1 year experience in a fast-paced, autonomous, and remote work environment

within a wider team.

• Relevant qualifications, including Education and Training Level 3 qualification.
• Previous coaching and teaching experience.
• Knowledge of Use of Force, First Aid, or H&S instruction.
• IT literacy.
