Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily operations across the assigned region, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of excellence. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of efforts. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement or expansion. Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for development.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
