We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Regional HR Manager to join us at Scotland's leading Dental Group. Clyde Munro is a fast-paced organisation, expanding across Scotland, and we are now looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active individual to join our HR team on a permanent basis to provide hands on support to our Edinburgh practices. This is an exciting time to join the business and shape the future of the group.
Your Role
You will play an integral part in the HR department to deliver the people strategy and support embedding the company's culture across our practices. Reporting to our Chief People Officer, you will be the primary contact for your region and provide full generalist HR support on all aspects of recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, leadership and employee development, employee relations and performance management. We offer remote working however you will also be required to travel to our practices in areas as required.
Taking full ownership, you will work closely with Managers to ensure they have the appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage people issues. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the people and culture agenda in your region by providing advice and support to managers within your region. You will also support and align the central HR strategy into a bespoke practice people plan that supports and drives the overall business strategy and management agenda.
About You
For this all-round Generalist role, we are looking for experienced candidates who are motivated, with the ability to work to their own initiative. Excellent communications skills coupled with being a confident decision maker and a hands-on problem solver is essential. You must be resilient, progressive and business-minded and someone who can demonstrate experience in developing positive working relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is CIPD qualified and is passionate about HR and looking to develop their HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
Please note, a driving license is required for this role due to travel requirements.
