We have an exceptional opportunity for a Regional Director to join our Patient Access function, reporting directly into the Revenue Cycle CEO.


Within this role, you will be responsible for effective leadership, direction and administration of the Patient Access journey across a number of our facilities as part of HCA Healthcare UK, with facilities based in London, Birmingham and Manchester.

Duties & responsibilities:



Grow revenue by optimising patient access entry points and service offerings and ensuring staff understand and can represent the value proposition to our customers Build strong, productive relationships with the hospital exec teams who are key stakeholders Maintain productive communication channels with internal and external stakeholders with strong ability to outline a vision, persuade and influence Oversee the development of policies that guide the Patient Access objective to deliver a trusted, reliable, and premium patient experience that also comply with statutory and regulatory guidelines Participate in the recruitment and development of high-performing, professional, knowledgeable, and dependable administrative teams Ensure patient access structure, grade, and skill mix, continually delivers optimal outcomes Collaborate with service-line and facility leads to support world class service pathways Implement demonstrated internal and competitor best practices across HCA UK Create mechanisms (KPIs) to evaluate, influence and improve the customer experience

What you'll bring:



Extensive experience within Hospital administration/Front office in the UK carrying a strong understanding of healthcare and commercial operations Experience of leading/managing large, multisite teams Degree educated A confident executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively, able to inspire and drive Confident collaborating as part of wider functions, taking ownership and responsibility for details relating to Patient Access Goal and deadline orientated with the ability to handle multiple projects at any given time Experience within a Hospitality setting previously would be beneficial
