Regional Automotive Sales Manager

Location: Home based, 3 out of 5 days on the road covering Southern England (South Midlands, Home Counties, South Coast)
Working hours: 37.5 (Monday-Friday 09:00- 17:30)
Salary: \xc2\xa342,500 basic + bonus (uncapped); OTE c. \xc2\xa350,000 p.a. + Choice of company car!

Established in 2006, we are an ambitious and growing business and as such we are going through a period of rapid growth, could you be who we are looking for?

We are seeking an ambitious Regional Automotive Sales Manager for the South of England.

As a Regional Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business while also managing relationships with our existing independent car & van rental company customers.

This role will suit a motivated, highly sales-oriented, well-organised self-starter, already in a sales role, who has B2B sales experience and is passionate about customer service.

Automotive experience (e.g. in rental, a dealership or finance company) is desirable, but not essential.

Of greater importance is a can-do attitude, the drive to succeed and the ability to open doors and close business.

As the third member of a National field-based team, you will:

  • Engage directly with business owners / directors
  • Identify, research and prospect potential customers, make appointments and win new business
  • Manage and develop existing customers in your region, building lasting relationships and delivering great service
  • Work closely with our internal sales team to ensure the co-ordinated management of customers
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
  • A proven track record of success in a sales role
  • The ability to communicate and influence at all levels in a logical, structured and persuasive way
  • A tenacious approach, staying on top of all opportunities
  • Organisation skills with a keen eye for detail, time management and journey planning
