Supermarket Refrigeration Engineer
South East, United Kingdom

45 hours per week
\xc2\xa345,000 - \xc2\xa350,000 (includes \xc2\xa33,000 London Weighting + \xc2\xa32,000 Standby Allowance)

On-call Rotation: 1 in 6 (may vary by location)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong relationships and engage with store owners and staff across the South East of England.
• Efficiently manage your daily schedule by receiving calls and coordinating tasks through a company-issued laptop.
• Independently perform refrigeration engineering tasks while adhering to established standards and priorities.
• Proactively address outstanding service calls exceeding a 2-day timeframe, ensuring timely resolution.
• Regularly assess and replenish van stock inventory to meet operational needs.
• Strictly follow company procedures, processes, and work practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to fulfill reasonable requests.
• Work with a diverse range of equipment, from integral freezers to remote refrigeration units and more.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Prior experience as a commercial refrigeration engineer.
• Possession of a Level 2 gas engineer qualification.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Valid driver\'s license.
• Technical proficiency in coldroom and integral case maintenance, with a willingness to seek support for complex fault finding.
