HR Go Recruitment are shaking up and reorganising the way we approach recruitment, and these new hybrid roles are part of our newly created central recruitment Hub based in new luxurious offices near Doncaster.
The roles have a new and exciting commission scheme that offers exceptional earnings.
Supported by a team of dedicated resourcers, administrators and recruitment consultants you will use your market knowledge of any areas in the North and/or the Midlands, and your proven sales ability, to win and develop industrial and commercial temporary recruitment business for the team to fill.
Key actions:
Implement and lead the sales strategy.
Identify, pursue and win new business opportunities.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.
Manage and support recruitment consultants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Negotiate terms and conditions of recruitment contracts, including fees, payment terms, and exclusivity agreements.
You must have extensive recruitment industry experience to be considered. Excellent benefits package, 37.5hr standard week.
