Job Description

As a very busy predominately temps employment agency we are now looking to recruit a group resourcer to join our team in Slough sourcing for candidates in the areas we are operating in. Based out of our Slough office you will supporting the branch network through face to face and remote registrations

You will be expected to source, invite in candidates, register the staff, interview, enter details on the systems and then pass over to the relevant consultants. The ability to work as part of a team and also managing your own time to maximum effect is key to this busy role.

Ideally you will have some knowledge of the hospitality industry as we operate in this area, together with air freight. You will need to be competent on Microsoft packages and be able to use our bespoke systems. As well as resourcing there is admin duties and general meet and greet duties and potentially booking candidates into roles and vacancies

Hours are generally Monday to Friday during the day (occasional evening and weekend work may be required which of course you will be paid for) and there may be travel involved between branches on occasion
