Job Description

MCS Group is delighted to be representing a client in the charitable sector, currently seeking a Recruitment Partner on a fulltime permanent basis.

Working within a well-established team HR team, the successful candidate will oversee the day to day recruitment needs of the business, providing support and guidance to junior members of the team, as well as building strong working relationships with line managers to understand current and future recruitment needs.

The role

The successful Recruitment Partner will manage salary paid and day to day volume recruitment activities across all sites, overseeing the end to end recruitment process, right through to candidate induction. Working to tight deadlines, the successful candidate will ensure all relevant compliance is in place for candidates starting, including reference checks and other checks when required.

The successful candidate will have great autonomy in the role and have the opportunity to work on an array of different projects and have two junior members of staff reporting into them.

Role responsibilities:

• Review recruitment plans to meet short and long term recruitment needs
• Working with all departments across the business to support in the retention of staff
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, universities and employment agencies to support the employer brand
• Utilise social media to source passive talent within the market
• Meet with line management on a regular basis to discuss recruitment requirements
• Managing and tracking vacancies via the system
• Scheduling of interviews, both candidates and panel members.
• Providing on boarding support, preparing documents for offer of employment, arranging induction and first day letters.
• Contribute to the strategy behind effective workforce planning: analysing current & future requirements

The successful candidate

• 3 years\' experience in a specialist recruitment role and a third level qualification in HR or a business related discipline

OR
5 years recruitment experience a member the CIPD

• Experience of sourcing niche skillsets through various platforms, including social media
• Proven track record of developing brands in a competitive market
• Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience of working on recruitment strategies
• Full drivers license an access to a car
