We at Connected Health believe we are raising the standards of healthcare by simply connecting the right people.As a Recruitment Executive at Connected Health Ltd you will be the driving force in our mission to provide effective and efficient high quality healthcare services by taking responsibility for the recruitment and on-boarding of all staff ranging from Care Workers to Office Support StaffYou will exercise such functions and duties that the Company may delegate from time to time in keeping with your position.These functions and duties shall include but are not limited to:xc2xb7 Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability for rolesxc2xb7 Manage recruitment and on boarding process from start to finish with associated reportingxc2xb7 Review job descriptions and personnel specificationsxc2xb7 Develop and build relationships with Connected Health internal teams/hiring managers as well as new and existing clients and recruits as requiredxc2xb7 Discuss suitable profiles with the wider Connected Health teamxc2xb7 Attend recruitment fairs and other events as requiredxc2xb7 Advertising your jobs using the internet, traditional media, social networking and referralsxc2xb7 Managing and supporting new members of the team as they join the businessxc2xb7 Mentoring and training new members of the team as the business growsxc2xb7 Supporting the development of the business across Northern Ireland and other geographies as requiredxc2xb7 Ensuring the right candidate is placed in the right area, at the right timeSkills and Experience:xc2xb7 You must have a minimum of 6 months experience within recruitmentxc2xb7 Accustomed to KPIxe2x80x99s and working under pressure.xc2xb7 Highly organised and able to prioritisexc2xb7 Attention to detailxc2xb7 A strong communicatorxc2xb7 Have knowledge or experience of payroll systemsDesirable: Healthcare recruitment experienceOffice Location: Connected Health, 3B, Boucher Business Studios, Glenmachan Pl, Belfast BT12 6QHSalary upto xc2xa325K per annum, alongside bonus structure
