Due to increased expansion in the scheme, we have a number of vacancies available.

For experienced care workers, an opportunity has opened up in Lisburn to gain further expertise and make a difference daily in the life of a young man. Praxis Care\xe2\x80\x99s positive behaviour support (PBS) services continue to develop in sophistication and scope, supporting individuals who need specialised care from people who know how to do it best.

Praxis Care\xe2\x80\x99s PBS services provide a training ground for individuals who already know their way around a care service with practical, skilled guidance from colleagues and trainers. New recruits can be confident they will get comprehensive support while having fun with the team around them.

We are offering candidates the opportunity to further their knowledge and understanding of the field of Positive Behaviour Support, through funding eligible applicants for the following academic qualifications:

• MSc in Applied Behavioural Analysis
• A relevant PhD

Positive Behavior Support Worker

Full time, Part time and flexible contracts available, to be discussed at interview

\xc2\xa323,554 - \xc2\xa326,543 per annum (Dependant on Qualification)

*Salary based on 39 hours per week. Salary dependent on qualification/experience. Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of \xc2\xa345.00 per night applies. This role involved rota work which includes evenings and weekends.
