Youll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless hiring process, from posting job adverts and scheduling interviews to supporting onboarding and maintaining accurate records.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who wants to develop in recruitment, learning the ins and outs of candidate attraction, sourcing, and employer branding.Role Details

  • Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week between 8:30-5pm
  • Remote working with the requirement to travel as necessary for recruitment team and HR team meetings.
  • Fixed-term contract ending November 2025
  • The closing date for this advert is Sunday 16th February with interviews to take place on Thursday 20th February via video interview.
What Youll Do
  • Keep recruitment running smoothly by managing job adverts, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Support the onboarding process, tracking progress and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Own the recruitment inbox, responding to queries quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop your skills in talent sourcing, learning how to identify and engage great candidates (full training provided).
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Specialists, helping to attract top talent and improve our hiring processes.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems (experience with an ATS is a bonus).
