To assist in sourcing, interviewing and recruiting for positions within the business, with a focus on Early Careers and entry level roles. To deliver an efficient and effective recruitment process that compliments the on boarding and induction process for candidates to develop, nurture and retain legal talent within Taylor Rose, in a cost-effective way.
This role will involve but is not limited to:
Assist in recruitment campaigns for specific hiring programmes
Advertise vacancies to reflect roles available within the business
Updating and maintaining weekly internal vacancy list
Keeping candidates informed and updated throughout the recruitment process for entry level roles
Answering queries from candidates with any required HR input & provide interview feedback
Monitor recruitment journey of candidates to meet internal deadlines for interview to offer
Updating the Company website with internal vacancies
Assist in recruitment campaigns for specific hiring early career/work experience programmes
Work alongside the Recruitment Manager/Recruitment Executive and HR team to on-board and induct candidate into Taylor Rose
