Industrial Recruitment Consultant- Wigan

\xc2\xa327,000 \xe2\x80\x93 29,000 basic salary + commission paid monthly (percentage of full team billing) + free parking + package

Harrison Sands are looking for an experienced industrial recruiter to join one of the North West region\xe2\x80\x99s top-performing industrial branches! Generating over \xc2\xa320,000 per week of profit, the team this position sits within is high performing and a steady client base within the warehousing sector. As a Recruitment Consultant you\xe2\x80\x99ll be based Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday from the Wigan office, have a free parking space provided so you can easily travel locally for client visits to build relationships with new and existing businesses and also undertake business as usual tasks such as site check-ins and inductions.

Our client are really lucky, in that they have a dedicated on-call service, so your focus as a Recruitment Consultant will be making sure you can focus on earning lots of commission!! Key duties include:

• Business development- contacting local businesses to discuss their temporary recruitment needs. This includes face to face client visits and information drops.

• Client management- taking incoming client bookings for warehousing temps.

• Interviewing and registering temporary workers, ensuring that all relevant right to work checks are completed.

• Advertising for staff using job boards and social media e.g. Facebook

• Acting as a credible authority on the staffing market to clients and temps.

This role will suit a Recruitment Consultant who has experience of supplying staff within the industrial market, and does require current knowledge of this. We are open to your background whether it be 360 Consultancy, Resourcing, Onsite Account Management or Business Development as long as you are open to a client facing position and are able to commute daily to the Wigan office.
