Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Salary: 28,000 - 33,000 (DOE) + Commission

Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Are you a driven, self-motivated individual with proven experience in recruitment or a similar fast-paced, sales-focused role? We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our, small boutique agency - Warwick Recruit.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing the full 360 recruitment process - from sourcing and screening to placement and client management Proactively developing new business opportunities with clients across your given industry. Building strong relationships with candidates and guiding them through the recruitment journey Writing and posting engaging job adverts across various platforms Meeting and exceeding targets, KPIs, and revenue goals

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in recruitment or a sales-driven role - this is not an entry-level position A target-driven mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals Strong communication and interpersonal skills - both on the phone and in person Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive setting
