: Recruitment Consultant

My client is seeking an experienced Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Redditch. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job positions, as well as providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

You will be responsible for covering the Redditch and Worcester areas dealing with a busy temp desk.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Source and screen potential candidates for various job positions

Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the job

Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Manage job postings and advertising campaigns to attract qualified candidates

Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates

Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

There is potential to earn 2k per a month bonus and progress to a branch manager very quickly.
