We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultant\'s hungry for success working as part of an entrepreneurial, hard-working and high-achieving team recruiting for residential and commercial site staff across London.

This position offers a warm desk, delivering permanent placements to a diverse range of competitive employers across the management landscape including lettings, leasehold, commercial, facilities, estate, student and PRS. The successful consultant will be incentivised to develop new business relationships nation-wide and will be supported through our leadership training program.

What you would do:

• Sourcing and attracting the very best talent within the market proactively; utilising traditional methods such as headhunting and referrals as well as leveraging technology including LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, Job Boards and Advertising Tools etc.
• Developing new business and establishing new key stakeholder relationships for the business; understanding and identifying trends and needs within your market internationally.
• Managing and maintaining pre-existing relationships with clients and candidates to ensure the highest service-levels are maintained and a premium consultative service is provided.
