Siamo Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team on-site in Greenford (UB6).

Hours/days:

Any five of seven days with regular weekend work and flexibility to work outside of these hours based on the needs of the business and client.

Salary: From \xc2\xa324-\xc2\xa325K DOE

The role:

• Deliver a high level of customer service
• Placing adverts, sourcing candidates, conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews, site visits and inductions
• Schedule employees\' shifts and deal with their availability
• Daily management of a rota
• Handle candidate queries and action accordingly
• Handle basic administrative duties relating to existing staff
• Understand the needs of the customer and aim to over-deliver
• Organise data and prepare KPI\'S
• Other general office and ad-hoc duties

About you?

• The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, works well under pressure, and is open to taking on and developing new ideas and concepts and will also enjoy communicating with a variety of people on different levels, and relish the opportunity to make proactive decisions as well as problem-solving
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with full training being given on all internal systems
• Importantly, we are looking for someone with a flexible approach to their working hours and a good work ethic
• Experience within the recruitment industry is preferred but not essential
