• And once you make placements, we will pay you more for completing those placements than you would receive at any comparable Recruitment Business. We have no threshold, and our commission scheme acceleratesquickly to 35%.

• Recruitment Experience - 12 Months Plus. Your first six months in recruitment are a blur. We would like you to have another six months to figure things out properly. That way, when you join us, you can be sure we are right for you.
• Business Development Experience - To achieve Financial Freedom, you must speak to Clients and Win Business. Any experience of this would be beneficial.
• IT / Technology Markets Experience - It would be fantastic if your Recruitment or Sales experience is in the Tech Sector.
