Experienced Recruitment Consultants never leave a job when it\'s going well. Or so the saying goes.
Not sure I believe that.
What do you think?
At Recruitment Panda we believe the churn-and-burn approach to training and hiring Recruitment Consultants is wrong. We believe the sector loses high-potential professionals to in-house recruitment teams and other types of work, all the time.
We believe that is a disaster.
Here\'s another one. Do you deserve flexible working for all the work you take home? Flexible working like regular working from home, bonus working from home, early finishes and bonus annual leave?
How about time in lieu for all the hours you put in when you\'re "off duty", early mornings, late evenings or during lunchtimes?
Here at Recruitment Panda, we are proudly OFFICE FIRST but we believe experienced Recruitment Consultants do deserve these things. That\'s why we have carefully crafted a way in which it works (which means you still have to be local to south Manchester (we\'re based in Altrincham) to succeed in applying). Once this office is full, we have a plan for a VIRTUAL FIRST team. One of many exciting developments we have in store for the future.
If you are looking at this advert and find yourself agreeing, take a minute, submit an application and give us a chance to explain to you how things can be different; and why a sideways move might be the best decision you ever made.
Recruitment Panda offers experienced recruitment consultants a fun professional environment, all of the cultural good stuff, all wrapped up in good sense and transparent communication. We\'re an owner-managed company without 3rd party stakeholders. This means more investment in you. Recruitment Panda also has 3 commission structures, each one tailored for people at different stages of their professional life; and that really is just the tip of the iceberg.
When you think about it, there are loads of reasons why Recruitment Consultants move sideways. They move for a new sector that better suits them, for example, where the target audience isn\'t so hard-nosed, or to a sector which isn\'t so prone to economic changes.
Recruitment Consultants also move sideways if their pay (particularly basic salary), doesn\'t increase proportionally to new targets, or when there\'s a realisation that commission is capped (temp consultants get particularly shafted on this one).
They move when KPIs aren\'t being used constructively, or when they\'re sick of company resources (their hard-earned revenues) being frivolously spent on fads or ill-conceived plans, and they move sideways because:
