Position
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To complete the day to day administration tasks relating to the recruitment and onboarding of Aeromed clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main job duties:
To assist and support with the recruitment of both clinical and non-clinical persons in line with Aeromed requirements.
To review clinical and non-clinical CV\'s via IPRS ATS system to ensure they meet Aeromed employment criteria. Escalating CV\'s for review by Hiring Managers.
To liaise with recruitment agencies as directed, maintaining a strong, productive and efficient working relationship.
To liaise with recruitment agencies to book telephone and face to face interviews for referred candidates.
To liaise with Aeromed clinical and operational colleagues to provide telephone and face to face interviewing availability.
To manage online direct advertising as directed by Recruitment Lead / Group Recruitment Manager.
To book telephone and face to face interviews for direct applicants.
To conduct initial conversations and telephone interviews.
To ensure that all appropriate information is available to all team members that conduct interviews.
To provide post-interview feedback to recruitment agencies and direct applicants as directed.
To ensure that selected candidates return required paperwork to set time scales to ensure that they are ready to complete interview processes and commence training where appropriate.
To attend regular and ad-hoc internal meetings to provide recruitment updates as directed.
To assist in investigating and responding to all internal and external queries regarding recruitment processes.
To maintain contact with all new starters prior to commencement of their training and to obtain feedback from them post-training if directed.
Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding trackers, providing feedback and overviews as requested.
To undertake any other duties compatible with the grading of the post, as required.
General/Additional Duties:
To comply with the Corporate Data Protection Policy which covers all aspects of the organisation\'s business in both electronic data and manual filing systems.
To ensure that professional behaviour, appearance, and attitude are maintained, and the organisation\'s policies and procedures are always adhered to.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
Experience of working in a Recruitment or Administrative function (E)
Experience of using various Microsoft programmes and databases (E)
Experience of using bespoke databases (D)
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to respond efficiently to changing demands.
Ability to gather, collate, analyse and report on key tasks within role.
Ability to analyse statistical information and make recommendations on outcomes.
Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately are both essential.
Ability to plan and organise workloads effectively.
Ability to prioritise and meet relevant Key Performance Indicators.
Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision in a proactive manner.
Travel is required, so own transport is essential for this role
