Job Title: Talent Acquisition Administrator



Location: Bournville (Hybrid working anchor days being Tuesday and Wednesday)



Rate: 19.81ph per hour Umbrella Co Basis - Inside IR35



Employment Type: Contract (28/11/25)



Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

You will join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking and Make It Matter. You work with our client's Business Services, co-ordinating your duties to support impeccable service operations. In this role, you work with other employees to ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.

How you will contribute:


When you receive a request that is pertinent to your area of responsibility, you will review and co-ordinates activities to respond to that request, communicating progress to clients and scheduling meetings as appropriate, and ensuring service quality is delivered.

Good technical writing skills are necessary in this role because you will write documentation and follow up on down-stream processes. In addition, you will manage the filing and storage of documentation, ensuring that our client complies with the appropriate data privacy and legal requirements.

You will also initiate and follow up on activities as required by third-party vendors, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data and produce and analyze reports as required, and recommend and take action on opportunities for continuous improvement.

Job specific requirements:



Interview scheduling. External offer paperwork preparation and onboarding, managing the onboarding experience for new starter. Providing compensation proposals for internal offers and producing internal offer paperwork. Data entry.

You will bring experience and knowledge in your specific process area. Working in a shared service organization. Operational excellence and a customer service focus. Data processing, computer applications or call center applications. Communicating and interpersonal skills, taking initiative. Analysis. Accuracy and organizational skills.

Education / Certifications:



A Level or equivalent qualification.

Travel requirements



Must be available at Bournville , Birmingham location.
