\xc2\xa326,499 per annum Service Overview The Orchard Recovery Group offers Restore service users (Members) the opportunity to engage in a range of structured activities aimed at supporting them to take control of their mental health recovery, develop skills, build confidence, and connect with peers. The Recovery Group staff team provides information, support and guidance, delivering craft and woodwork activities alongside access to one to one coaching and tailored resources on employment and training. Job Summary To hold responsibility for the day-to-day running of The Orchard recovery group, working alongside and leading staff and volunteers, as well as group members, to deliver a high quality and effective service that achieves positive outcomes for participants. In close co-operation with the Recovery Service Staff Team, the post holder will lead in the planning, training and supervision of the Recovery Group and recovery activities. As a team leader they will be expected to implement all aspects of the work of the project as agreed with the group, including on-site sales to the public of goods produced by the group. They will also participate in running open days and other fundraising and awareness events. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience in order to fufil the role.
