Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed - Be able to send communications to clients in a professional and friendly manner Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
