We are recruiting a Receptionist to work at front of house at Regency Road. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Adolescent Service and will also be part of the wider business support team across Families, Children and Learning.

About the role

You will be working in a busy office environment with the ability to prioritise your workload around the demands of the service. This role involves the use of various computer packages. You will be organised and efficient with the ability to work both independent and as part of a team. You will need to enjoy solving problems and managing an evolving workload with good time management skills being essential.

Brighton & Hove City Council Adolescent Service is part of a multi-agency Service based within Children\'s Safeguarding & Care services in Brighton & Hove under the Families, Children & Learning Directorate. The service works with young people who are at risk of family or care breakdown, at risk of exploitation, using substances, offending and other high risks. We engage with the vulnerable adolescents in the city, providing intensive joined up work to support them and their families to effect change.

You will be given a full induction to the work of the Adolescent Service which includes multi-agency and multi-disciplined staff.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
