To provide reception services/meet and greet at Britton House for all services within the building. To provide a strong level of customer service when dealing with all patients, family, carers, external services and visitors at reception. Dealing with queries at reception from patients/family/visitors/general public. Booking clients in for their appointments upon arrival.
Liaising with engineers and estates colleagues when arriving to complete building repairs/call outs. Assisting with room booking queries and booking rooms and managing the room booking system. Assist with admin tasks for the team Please see detailed job description attached.
