Receptionist x3/4

Our client The UK\'s Leading Private Baby Scan Clinics, who are proud to offer families an outstanding level of care throughout their pregnancy journey. Their clinics offer a range of private ultrasound scans from 6 - 42 weeks gestation, and are conducted by fully qualified, medical Sonographers. Their goal is to ensure each client feels safe during their baby scan experience.

Due to company growth and the various shifts to be covered, there are multiple vacancies to be filled!

Hours: 37.5 hours per week between the hours 8:30am to 8:30pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 5:30pm Saturday and Sunday

Salary: From \xc2\xa312 to \xc2\xa314 p/h

Location: Caterham

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Greet customers and demonstrate exemplary customer service and care throughout each appointment.
• Acting as a chaperone during ultrasound scans, when required.
• Assisting with upselling of additional services and packages to customers.
• Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic\'s calendar.
• Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Handling customer inquiries and providing information about the clinic\'s services.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area and clinic.
• Report any suspected safeguarding issues, following the Safeguarding Procedure.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, develop and progress.
• Proven ability to work well in a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
