Job B - \xc2\xa313,761.30 - \xc2\xa315,246.59 per annum pro-rata

Hours:

Part Time

Job A - 21.5 hours per week (Vernon Street site)

(Monday to Thursday 4.00pm - 8.00pm; & Friday 1.00pm - 6.30pm)

Job B - 22 hours per week (Blenheim Walk site)

(Monday to Thursday 4.30pm - 10.00pm)

Leeds Arts University is the only specialist arts university in the North of England. We have contributed significantly to the development of arts education for over 170 years, and have developed a national and international reputation based on the achievements of our students and staff.

We are looking to recruit two part time receptionists to join our front of house reception service. The successful applicants will have previous experience of working in a front of house team and have a customer facing outlook being able to demonstrate excellent customer service and organisation skills with the ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.

You will be part of a small team of reception staff who are the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors to the University. The team is responsible for dealing with enquiries, deliveries and post to the University, and handling calls on the University switchboard. You will provide information guidance and direction to people within and visiting the University including the welcome at public events such as Private Views in our Gallery, and for End of Year shows offering guidance, advice and information to guests and visitors.

Job A is at our Further Education site at Vernon Street, and Job B is at our Higher Education site at Blenheim Walk.
