Our West Bromwich based client is currently seeking a Part Time Receptionist on a temporary basis to join their company to warm guests with a welcome smile and ensure their initial interaction is a memorable one.
Duties will include:
-Greeting and welcoming visitors with professionalism and courtesy, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere
-Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individual / department
-Maintain a net and organised reception area, ensuring it reflects the company\'s image
-Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations and communication flow
-Provide general administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records
The ideal candidate:
-Proven experience as a receptionist
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency in using office software and basic office equipment
-Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
-Flexibility
Hours:
24.5 hours per week
Working over 4-5-week days
Flexibility in hours is key
Pay rate:
\xc2\xa310.42 per hour
