Are you a Receptionist looking to transition into the Education sector?

Aspire People are currently recruiting for School Receptionists to work in a busy School environment. You do not have to have specific School experience, however it would be advantageous. We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated with a friendly yet professional telephone manner.

You must be willing to work on a temporary basis and between the hours of 8:00a.m. & 4:30p.m, starting as soon as possible. There will be full time and part time positions available throughout the School year which run for varying lengths of time.

There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the Schools, although this is not guaranteed.

As a School Receptionist your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
\xc2\xab Welcoming students, guests and parents into the school
\xc2\xab Ensuring safeguarding processes are followed
\xc2\xab Answering telephone calls and filtering as necessary
\xc2\xab Responding to emails
\xc2\xab Letters to parents
\xc2\xab Typing of letters and memos
\xc2\xab Filing, faxing and photocopying
\xc2\xab Dealing with parents and pupils

You must be:
\xc2\xab Proactive
\xc2\xab Hardworking
\xc2\xab Not afraid to take on new tasks
\xc2\xab Able to multi-task
\xc2\xab Outgoing and have a friendly personality

You will be supported by me, Georgina Longhorne. I am Aspire People\'s Office & Technical consultant for the Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Black Country areas. Whether you are seeking temporary or permanent work, I will be able to assist you in finding the perfect position.
