The role of the successful applicant will be to: Book patients in on arrival for Appointments+ appointments. Where appropriate, book patients into fracture clinics internally and externally. Monitor the electronic booking system and liaise with the duty team lead with any workload concerns. Manage the expectations of the patients who are waiting.
Answer the phone promptly and deal with enquiries in a helpful and courteous manner, being aware of the need to maintain confidentiality at all times. Perform receptionist duties as required by the duty team leader or your line manager, to ensure efficient systems are in place for the maintenance of all records in accordance with statutory and company procedures. Ensure the reception area is kept tidy and all areas are clear, safe and secure. Accurately logging in/out of prescriptions in a timely manner.
Maintain stationary stocks Ensure mandatory training is kept up-to-date in line with PHL policies and procedures.
