Manor Dental Care is a friendly private dental practice, that values team play and integrity. We are looking for an ambitious and self motivated qualified Dental Nurse to join our team to assist with both reception and dental nursing. This is a great opportunity for a highly organised and efficient nurse who loves to speak with patients both in-person and on the telephone.

As receptionist, you will be required to:

Answering the phone in a polite and timely manner

Booking and changing appointments both in-person and over the phone

Ensuring patients are booked in upon arrival and the clinicians are made aware.

Dealing with incoming enquiries from patients, in person, over the phone or via email.

Sending communications to patients using their chosen method.

Taking payments and cashing up.

Receiving orders from suppliers as appropriate to your job role and notifying the appropriate person.

Managing the laboratory orders within the practice. Ensuring orders are sent to lab, tracked and checked off.

General administration such as scanning or photocopying.

Ensure patient records are kept up to date and stored securely.

Be the first point of call for any complaints, be confident in the procedure and direct to the complaints manager as required.

Full time contracted hours of around 37.5 - 40 hours per week. Working hours would be:

Monday 7.30am - 7.00pm

Wednesday 7.30am - 7.00pm

Thursday 7.30am - 7.00pm

Friday 7:30am - 1:30pm
