Office Angels National Accounts are currently recruiting for a temporary cover for our client based in Peterborough. This is for Receptionist role from Monday, 21st September until Friday 6th October September.
Work Address: Peterborough
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
Pay: \xc2\xa311p/h
Duration of assignment: 2 weeks
Essential criteria: Experience in similar role (administration, customer service, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors.
- Managing security and telecommunications systems.
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
- Transferring calls as necessary.
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Managing meeting room availability.
