Job Description
Synergy Dental Group is a multi-award-winning chain of dental practices currently looking for a talented and passionate Receptionist to join our Blackpool team.
The Role:
Ensuring a smooth patient experience by running the day-to-day activities of the front desk including but not limited to the following;
Maintaining great relations with parents and patients Managing dentist diaries effectively Answering the phones Taking payments Cashing up Maintaining cleanliness, Acquiring patient reviews Completing recalls & incomplete treatments Working alongside the nursing team by communicating clearly and effectively Adhering to all practice policies
Experience/skills required:
Understanding of NHS dentistry IT proficiency in Microsoft Office packages Ability to work under pressure
