About The Role

We are currently seeking a Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy 4 surgery Stoke Newington Dental Clinic, on a fixed term contract of up 12 months, to cover a maternity leave period.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 08:45 - 17:45 & Friday 08:45 - 16:00 (Flexibility is required)

During your induction period you will have the opportunity to receive further training and development to get signed off as a Patient Coordinator, offering a great opportunity to progress and develop your skills. This will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.

About You

You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.

The main duties will include:

Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines ###
