As a receptionist you will be in charge of the customer experience from the moment customers walk through the door. You will become their host for the duration of their visit, ensuring all racers are getting the full Inverness Kart Raceway experience. Tasks will include customer interaction, serving drinks, cash handling, answering telephone enquires, answering email enquiries, cleaning, socializing with customers and creating content for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have great people skills, good time management skills, a positive attitude, good organizational skills and experience working with social media. The ideal candidate will be willing to complete all tasks given and be confident in speaking to customers without been asked.
