The kind of person we're looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic welcoming individual to join our small Reception Team . We are looking for someone who can maintain a positive , calm outlook and a friendly approach. Can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, pay close attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service with our Guests. When Guests arrive at Ness Walk our team provide a Highland Welcome Whilst they are staying with us our Team are on hand to provide them with excellent, friendly and attentive service.
To be considered for the role as a Receptionist, you must have previous experience of working within a luxury, quality Hotel as a Receptionist. You must have good knowledge of a Front Office System or certainly understand your way around a computer. The Front Office System we use is Reslynx .

You will be required to work 39 hours per week - 5 days from 7 which includes weekends. Shifts are 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm (approximately) there are some middle shifts 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm depending on our levels of business
