We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls promptly and manage inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up to date in our systems.
Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
Utilise Google Suite for various administrative tasks including document creation and financial record keeping.
Dealing with social media and salon marketing.
Provide support to other departments as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
A professional appearance and demeanour that reflects the company's values.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy office environment.
